"Yvonne is the lady that took our call. All morning my son was calling around getting quotes for auto insurance, Progressive, Geico, All State, Liberty Mutual and some smaller companies. We were treated quickly and professionally. However when we were connected with Yvonne we were met with uncertainty. She had to call us back… which I found odd. When she called back she made me aware that we can just add my son on our insurance (which we already knew). Not what we asked her to do. During this entire conversation she was talking over me. Tell me what I should do, that it was going to be expensive. I made her aware that we have been doing this all morning and haven’t had an issue. She then raised her tone and started complaining how she was the only one on the office and that she was just trying to help. I asked her for her name and a work ID or something I can identify her by, I also made her aware that I would be filling an official complaint. And to just cancel our request. She was still rude and hung up on me. She needs better training! I’m disgusted with her behavior!"
